What We Look For
- ▸Industrial manufacturing or processing facility with 50+ employees
- ▸Current use of PLCs, SCADA, or MES systems (any vendor)
- ▸Operational leadership willing to engage directly with product
- ▸At least one measurable efficiency or waste challenge to solve
- ▸Ability to provide 18 months of historical operational data
- ▸Openness to being featured in anonymised case studies

The Process
How It Works

Submit Your Application
Fill out our short application form with basic facility details — size, industry, current systems, and the primary operational challenge you want to solve. No lengthy RFPs, no procurement cycle.

Discovery Call
A 45-minute call with our Head of Implementations. We’ll assess fit, walk through your current tech stack, and outline which OpsOS modules will generate the fastest ROI for your facility.

Custom ROI Model
We build a facility-specific ROI model using your data — projected waste reduction, throughput gains, and labor efficiency improvements. You see the numbers before signing anything.
04
Onboarding & Go-Live
Your dedicated implementation engineer arrives on-site. Data integrations are configured, AI models begin training on your historical data, and your team gets hands-on training across all active modules.
